1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Our site DOES NOT have any responsibility, for the content of the products sold and any possible effects occurred . Responsible for the content of the products, is the manufacturer.

2. PRICES

2.1 All prices are inclusive V.A.T. 20%.

2.2 For all professional buyers, in European Union, the prices do not include taxes.

3. TRANSPORT - DELIVERY

3.1 Transportation cost is not included in the price - unless it is written on the description of the product.

3.2 Transportation cost might not be charged for specific bulk quantities.

3.3 Trasportation cost may be different according destination.

3.4 Delivery time differs considering destination.

3.5 As soon as your package delivered to the transportation company, a package load unique code will be send to your email adress.

3.6 Our site is not responsible for any delivery delays, from the time the products have been delivered to the transport company.

4. WHOLESALE

4.1 You can order in bulk quantities, if desired.

4.2 For bulk quantities, you should come in contact with us, in order to give you our best offer, according your needs.

4.3 You can have an invoice, as long as you are a professional, according European Unions requlations.

5. PAYMENT

5.1 Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given.

5.2 Payment can be done only through credit card or Bank account transfer (Bank transfer can be done only after contact with us).

5.3 Your detailed payment information will be collected at the point you complete your order, however, our payment will be debited upon order dispatch. In some exceptional circumstances order dispatch may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, and in this situation, depending on your payment method, payment debit will occur 3 to 7 days after you placing the order. Debiting your payment does not represent acceptance by us of your order.

5.5 All orders are checked with the relevant payment provider prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given.

6. RETURN - CANCEL

6.1 You have the right to return your order, with no excuse, as long as the products are in their manufacturer's first condition, 14 days after the receive of your order and with no transportation cost. The amount you have paid via credit card or bank account transfer, will be refunded.

6.2 You have the right to cancel your order, only if it has not been delivered to destination from the transport company. In this case you will be refunded in your credit card or bank account.

6.3 In any case, the products must strictly be, in their manufacturer's first excellent condition. Otherwise no returns and no refunds will be accepted.
